Staff was excellent, efficient check-in and kept up well with the coffee and breakfast. Most hotels seem to run out of coffee and food early.

It was overly expensive

The hotel staff were wonderful, extremely friendly, and worked hard to fix any complaints I had.

The hotel was great but its close proximity to the highway made it difficult to sleep due to the constant traffic sounds.

It is the best hotel in Orange, TX. I stayed here numerous times handling things with my mom's estate. This hotel is always very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. 5 Stars in my books & I'm picky.

We always stay at Hampton but the room was not what I booked. I was put in a handicapped room that I told them I didnt want in the first place.

Just the room, and asked about a military discount and was told they were all full. When arriving at hotel was told they always give a military discount.

Its a new high end hotel, so you expect everything to be new, what was a wonderful suprise was the quality of the continental breakfast. It was outstanding both in terms of the selection and the quality of the food.

After the first day I couldn't log onto the internet. Maybe that was a setting on my telephone, but I couldn't get in. It was an unsecured network as well. I'd say hotels need to work on internet security across the board, but even so I couldn't get in.

They did not have my room reservations or rooms available and ended up with one room with no heat

The darn shower pressure was weak... They need to fix that ASAP so guest can take showers when they want to instead of having to wait til the pressure is built up after 2-4hrs after guest stop showering.

Clean, well organized and excellent staff.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful on all shifts. The rooms were spacious and beds super comfy. Best sleep I've had in a while.

Sheets were comfortable. Furniture was nice.

The room smelled of mildew, really strongly, and the carpet felt wet. This is the second stay with the same issues. Will not stay there again.
