- Tried charging a separate fee that was not mentioned before I prepaid. Said I hadn't paid ye even though I paid when I reserved my room online -_- had to wait 30 mins while she started calling 1800 to ask y'all what was going on. Unprofessional
- pool dirty. no breakfast or coffee. bad internet and cable. rude staff. sent me to occupied room
