Quality Inn Montgomery - Lake Conroe

Our original room smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. Thankfully staff switched us rooms, however the second room smelled of mold.

The chairs in the room was stained , looked disgusting , I could not sit there, the pool looked like its never been cleaned, with bags floating in it.

AMAZING breakfast selection. Clean pool. Love it has CARPET.

The hair dryer and coffee pot were missing. Wouldn't tell me if my room was accessed by electronic key catd during the time I was gone. Not enough Cameras. None on lower level on whole side where I stayed this time.

The room smelled like Mold bad! It was hard to sleep, because of the smell. If I wouldn?t have been so tired, I would?ve asked for my money back!!

Lack of signage for ice machine; beds were not very comfortable and the covers lacked quality

Dirty, front desk staff asleep when entering lobby, no coffee available at 720am, camode lid broken, bugs in room, door open wide upon arrival, etc, etc

The cleaning maids very sweet & hard works.

The male owner Vic could be a little more friendly to his staying guest.

The room was fine as far as space.

The parking lot was loud with people until after 1:00am. The shower faucet was was messed up and would not divert to the shower head. I had a really hard time washing my hair.

The front desk was slow and non apologetic. 1st room was already occupied by a guest. Then after given another room, the front desk issued a key card to an unauthorized guest for my room. They entered room while I was asleep and startled me.

When checking in, did not feel welcome. Clerk answered phone and did not really speak with me. Though the hotel room was clean, furniture was worn. Desk chair was broken.

Door does not lock from the inside not allowed extra pillows very thin walls outdated furniture and appliances no hair dryer or iron.

The bed was very comfortable

The carpet and room smelled musty and dirty.

My 1st room, the TV didn't work. It wasn't even plugged in. My 2nd room was the wrong configuration which made my stay uncomfortable. The bed covers also had stains & holes in them.

Rooms smelled musty and not very fresh or clean. Pool was horrific. Didn¿t look like the pumps had been run for days or weeks. Abandoned junker truck parked near our door.

Beds were comfortable and roomy. A/C worked great! Kids loved the pool being right in front of our room.

We booked a room for 5, but only had 3 towels and 2 washrags. Even though we only brought 2 of our kids, we still needed more towels. Need better coffee too.

It was a basic well priced place to stay.

From the 'about' page, it appeared that there was an indoor pool. I was somewhat disappointed that there was only an outdoor.

service was horrible, room was left open upon check-in, was relocated to another room then that room was checked out to someone else. So had stranger try to come into my room.
