Older hotel, needs some work, but price was right as it was just an overnight stay

Very quiet with no distractions, location close to fuel station & restaurant

shampoo & toilet paper not filled prior to arrival.

Near the freeway.

Arrived near midnight and my room was changed three times. The third rooms key card did not work. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There was a awful smell. I was so tired, I didn't want to deal with it, but I wanted a refund.

THE LOCATION IS GREAT

THE BED ITS REALLY SMALL AND THE ROOM HAVE TWO TVS ONE DISCONECTED, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY NOT REPLACE. I DONT LIKE THE PLACE.

Cleanness, hard bed and pillows, over priced for what you get. Not a 2 star maybe a half at most.

It was dirty. Towels stained. Room was not vacuumed. Pillows sucked! Checked it for cameras. Detacted one over towlet.

The room was filthy, full of the smell of cigarettes & not hot water. Not even warm water, it was ice cold.

Open electricAL outlets and lack of completion on cleaning

Location is good, next to gas station and restaurants.

Noone is at reception. Have to call a number for someone to come and check you in.

Check in time is up to the manager's discretion and it was at 10:30pm. The bathroom smelled of feces from poor plumping, the shower was clogged, dusty counter tops furniture, beddings poor condition (smells) and pillow appears old ( Brown color)

check-in only AFTER 9:30 p.m.; office closed at check-out time; no breakfast available although property decscription says there is; TV was unplugged from satellite box - I fixed it for them; hot water barely hot enough.

Bathroom was crude, no shampoo or toliet tissue.

Bare bones hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Great value

what breakfast? the location was great, right next to the freeway.

strange smell in the lobby, and my pillow case smelled like someones hair tonic.

I paid for breakfast but the hotel was remodeling and had no breakfast even though their sign advertised brakfast

The staff was not very friendly, especially for how over priced this hotel was.

When I went to ring night bell I waited in the cold for 15 mins. The number left there was for another hotel. There was no attempt at any sort of customer service. I have stayed in this brand before and this one is by far the worse hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in hotels nearly every weekend for the last 16 months.

When I checked in I was told there was no breakfast even though they had a sign that said they did. The room did not appear to be cleaned other than the bed and new towels, hair was left in sink each morning. Night bell was not working I could go on and
