Permian Studio Apartments

Location

It was a very nice property/room. What they missed is that there was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. The grip surface on the floor of the tub was mostly nonexistent, making it unsafe for my disabled son. We had to sponge bath him.

Nothing.? convenient location

The phone in the room wasn?t even plugged in, no wires to even plug it in, the furniture in the room was dirty, heavy soil stains, the ice maker on the 3rd floor in the summertime in 100� weather wasn?t plugged in and working, plus more

The staff and location was great

The television did not work and the shower pole was about to fall from the wall other than that everything else was great breakfast was excellent and staff knowledgeable

The bed and pillows were superb. Great night sleep. We miss the breakfast, which was a shame. The staff was very accommodating putting us on the first floor because my husband prefers it. He has PTSD and he doesn't like to be above the first floor.

clean room

zero breakfast. staff said the motel was sold and would not be a breakfast for the forseeable future.

Comfortable bed

The pillows were hard. No breakfast really. I've stayed here a few times before. Just a few months ago. They had breakfast then. Now, just hard boiled eggs

Amenities, cleanliness, price

Air conditioning wasn't fully working in our room. We had called down to front desk bringing this up. They attempted to fix it however the room stayed warmer than what air conditioning was set to.

The price and location. Additionally the bed was very comfortable.

In the guestroom the carpet was torn badly at the bottom of the bed. There was no do not disturb sign, and no blanket. Additionally the housekeeping staff left one spray bottle in the bathroom.

Uncaring staff, not sure if our room had been cleaned when we arrived as towels weren¿t folded, ice bucket and trash can with no plastic liner, no water cups, restroom shampoo and soap placed haphazardly around bathroom.

Room had no towels when checked in Room was not clean after 3rd. Day. Spoke and still forgot breakfast same every day ¿¿

The air conditioner was not working and I let the staff know and they moved me to another room and it was still the same. She said I had to be moving around so that the sensor could turn on air conditioner.... ridiculous

Horrible

The bed an the shower where the best thing about the hotel.

The internet didn't work on the second floor the bathroom floors where dirty, there biscuits where rock hard like they had been sitting our for days.

Room had a funk to it

The morning manager was very friendly and helpful.

The night time desk clerk was not very friendly when we checked in. We were hot and sweaty when we arrived and hoped to swim but the pool was closed. Who does that in the dead of summer and very high humidity!!! Extremely disappointing!

The breakfast was not great. Few options and the coffee cups were small.

Nice hotel. It was quiet, clean and easy on/off Interstate 20. Excellent value and quality.

I am sure that if I had a complaint it would have been seen to quickly.

The hotel was clean and fresh and very welcoming. We were so happy with the price and really, everything about it!

I can't think of anything we didn't like about the hotel! We will stay here again if we come back.

The guy at the front desk could have been a little more talkative. The hot water for the oatmeal was cold.

Convenient location and lowest price available

Room was so tiny it felt claustrophobic. No hair dryer. Bathroom wasn¿t clean - and there was a spray of something brown along the door molding. Most uncomfortable bed I¿ve ever attempted to sleep on. Only 3 pillows, filled with loose cotton balls.
