Shower door would not stay shut. Kept rolling open. Dangerous and something staff should have already been aware of from cleaning crew. Barn doors look nice but don¿t provide privacy.

Most everything was great.

The vending machines were not available. They were locked. And the pool had sand in it so it was closed. Not much fun for teens.

Clean, well decorated, organized, modern hotel. Friendly staff.

The map link put the property on the wrong (south) side of I-20 when it¿s located north. I arrived at a much lower-class property perplexed that even my Waze navigation app put me at a different hotel. The address is/was correct but map apps are wrong.

For being a brand new hotel the heater did not work at all they didn't offer a new room or a discount for the inconvenience of freezing all night with my children when it was 20 degrees outside

This was just a stopover for us on our way to Big Bend. Since the hotel was going through some management changes, we did not get Bath soap and the breakfast was very mediocre.

breakfast was decent. I'm not a fan of turkey bacon (if that's even a thing). Real pork bacon is the ONLY bacon that should be served. Scrambled eggs were a bit watery but with salt and pepper were ok. Room was clean and comfortable. However I'm thinking that the Hampton Inn designers picking out the furniture try to find the most uncomfortable chairs. The chair in my room had arm at shoulder height. No one I know sits in a chair with their arms straight out from their shoulders. The chair at the Hampton Inn in Guthrie had a very uncomfortable chair also. Your designers need to sit in the chairs for an hour before purchasing them. Also, whatever service you use for your tv is very poor. You need to go back to Directv or something because the channel choices were awful.Comfy beds though and I slept well.

Chairs to set in when you want to just relax without sitting on the edge of a bed. Not comfy at all.

I like that it’s kept very clean, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels smell clean and fresh, and it feels safe to stay there even if I’m traveling alone.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Location, ease of access

Swimming pool. Under construction for over a year and no notification on the web site. Pool is part of the value. Not being honest about the pool closure is false advertising. Bait and switch. Been illegal in America since the 1950’s

poor quality in some of the finishes. Tiles in the room were loose, towel hold were loose, and the door lock pad was not working properly. There was a young lady who came up and got it to work once but then it broke again and we decided it wasn’t worth moving rooms so we just took turns leaving the room. I also would not plan on using the pool, it’s gross and looks like no one has use it in years.

No hot breakfast or even coffee. at 7 am.Had to get coffee at Burger King

Great stay, staff was nice and attentive.

Front desk was not staffed multiple times throughout the day. Cleaning ladies tried to cover the desk but didn't know how to help guests.

Everything fine, except at check in, the overnight clerk was nowhere to be found. I almost gave up and left, then she was located in the weight room.
