The price and comfort

The hotel manager never say hello or looks like he’s upset all the time every time I’ve stayed there. The rest of the staff is great.

Absolutely nothing. It?s a motel not a hotel.

Old, mismatched furniture, smelled musty and old, room temperature was hot. AC unit did not cool.

The price wasn't too bad for the room

Went early for breakfast but there was not enough room for us to sit down and eat

Friendly staff

The other guests were screaming and partying outside until 4am and my family didn?t get any sleep

Breakfast ends at 11:30 am. I rushed at 11:34 and the girl at front desk did not let me get a quick coffee and 1 waffle :( there was still plenty of food, she said they throw it away so I did not understand why she did not let me get something to eat.

The pool was great, the room was very spacious & the beds were soft.

The swimming pool was very nice

The chairs in the room were torn I took pictures and let the staff know so I didn't get charged for damage that I didn't do

Noise from neighboring rooms was bad. Walls Carpeting was old and ugly, but the room was clean overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. Make sure you get the right room, because their policy does not allow any changes without additional fee

They forgot to leave clean towels after picking up the used ones.

When i got there they wanted to give me a double bed room when i reserved a king bed..but they fixed it and gave me a king bed so i was happy..

Easy access, very clean, excellent staff & house cleaning staff. Very good breakfast except maybe adding bacon/sausage would make it even better.

The only thing that kind of upset me was that my room was not ready for me when I got there and the swimming pool was kind of dirty it had bugs in it but otherwise in that the room was fine clean and the housekeeping was great.

This was an exceptional value for a nice, clean room and good breakfast selection.

Absolutely no complaints.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and checked in, receptionist  went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect for us. Room was very clean and quiet. Everything went well.

Maintenance was power washing the front windows and front door at 9am I was awakened with load noise I complained to front desk  was very rude I have never been treated so bad.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, because I am not a morning person, it was nice that they had breakfast until 9:30am. That was a big plus!

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was rude and back talking. They threatened to keep my deposit because I didn¿t turn in the key at a certain time. Even though I was out of the room and in my vehicle on a call. They told me I would never be able to stay there again.

The customer service. The woman (blonde, I'm not sure of her name, that works mornings/days is amazing. She is friendly, proficient, remembers guests names and accommodating.She really should be managing a 4 star hotel. She will keep me renting there.

Some days, the prices are great for the rooms (not fancy, updated (you get what you pay for,it's not a resort), but some days it exceeds ------ a night...you can stay at a much nicer hotel for a bit more,so those days-not worth it.

Nothing, was a completely horrible experience.

Non smoking room smelled heavy of Tabacco smoke, most of the Calder near the bed and carpet next to jacuzzi was soaked which got our socks wet when we headed to the restroom without any shoes. Woke up to neighbors banging on walls and screaming.
