Upon check-in, the young man was very helpful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean; it was brand new looking. The pool is beautiful. The shower was perfect, and the breakfast in the morning exceeded all my expectations!

Cons -

Bed was not comfortable Towel and linen service did not happen on any schedule TV did not work 2 days AC unit ran constantly and was loud- like the spin cycle of a washing machine.
This is the second time I stay in that hotel and both times both times has been disappointing. Either TV is not working or there?s no Internet.
All was perfect.

Hotel room smelled really bad like mold the room was not cleaned the next day. Restrooms outside of room were over filled with trash . Would not recommend or go back for another stay.

Location

The beds were not made, towels were not changed, pillows too soft, when traying to call front desk the rooms phone didnt work, swimming pool speakers were on all night long. Staff was told but did nothing.

It is so interested that the fox channel is always not available, either the volume is not working or that channel is not available. We have stayed there about 6 to 8 times in the last year in different rooms and have the same issue. Front desk will assi

Reserved 2 queen. Got a pull out sofa for the 2nd bed. No sheets available. Had to use my traveling one. Toilets are too low. No handle bar, used the shower to pull up.

Room was clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was good and a variety of choices. Access to freeway was great but far enough away so didn't hear the traffic.

Had a frig but no microwave in the room.
