Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, cleanliness all throughout bungalow property and never felt unsafe! Absolutely beautiful & secure!

First batch of house keeping staff was less then friendly. Felt picked on & targeted, like the watched our every move and were bothered when asked for fresh towels and trash bags

The Hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff was amazing! Room service was a plus!

The registration staff and the restaurant/bar staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and had personality! The daily food specials at the restaurant were a bargain and delicious. Happy hour was hard to beat for the price and service. Oh, and fresh baked cookies every evening.

The hot tub was not working. My only suggestion would be to have more obvious signage from the road. I had to rely on GPS.

Breakfast bar had the necessary essentials (cereals, waffle maker, juices/beverages/coffee. The hot breakfast was delivered to your table by the chef himself (nothing extraordinary, but nicely presented)

We only stayed for a single night....we wished we had time to stay longer!

Was yelled at by maintenance guy cus I asked if they could turn on the heat at their pool

Definitely comfortable and clean. The robe and slippers were a nice toich. The bed was comfortable, the location was close to the arena . We would definitely return . The staff was helpful and greeted us with a smile.

The rooms are so big and very comfortable. And they feel more like a resort apartment than a hotel room. The staff is super friendly make you feel at home. We’ve actually stayed here over 5 times.

The staff is genuine, kind, joyful, attentive and you feel like they're your friends when you leave. The place is beautiful ? They are paying attention to detail and you can see how they care.
