TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Mesquite

They charged me 50 dollars twice for accident and I was told they would only hold 50 dollar once

Hotel was overbooked so there was no room for me to stay in with our little one at 10:30 at night when we arrived. We spent the next two Hours looking for a hotel. I have called customer service twice and still no one seems to be able to get a hold of

So that I will not be charged a cancellation fee

The young Lady at the front was very knowledgeable about were things were, what the Hotel had to offer like breakfast in the morning time and place.

The Bathroom ( toilet) didn¿t won¿t to flush everytime we took the top off and flush it w/ our hands

Room very nice and clean

Next to expressway. Couldn¿t sleep. Could hear ambulances , car¿s racing, eighteen wheelers. Etc. Extremely loud. I even checked to see if window was open. Breakfast isn¿t very good. Real bummer because hotel room was nice , sweet staff very friendl

The cleanliness is unmatched. I actually felt comfortable taking a bath in the tub. There were no harsh cleaning chemical odors, just plain clean, not hidden with fragrance like other hotels. The restaurants had excellent food and a welcoming staff.

Friendly staff

Water is horrible. Asked staff about putting water filters in rooms. Found out after several questions that there is a water filter in gym. Room was across from ice machine and heard every drop as my door had a 1" gap at the bottom for sound to come in.

Clean comfortable room. Nice amenities. Great Staff

Right on freeway. Too noisy to enjoy outside areas.

Had a kitchen and the staff was friendly.

The room was very small!

big screen tv

bag breakfast

The full kitchenette, gym, and location!

Room layout was a bit funky.

Clean and nicely maintained rooms were in great shape

The free breakfast was a bit lacking but overall it fit our needs and we'll visit again.

Friendly staff

Inappropriate music, drinking, smoking at the pool. Staff did nothing to help. Rooms were smaller than we anticipated.

The rooms are very nice and the staff was as well.

The hotel is close to the freeway and the noise is terrible. It was hard to relax and sleep. So, if you are looking for a place to relax please find another hotel. The location sucks!!!!

That it does not have sound proof windows. Freeway noise VERY loud.

Cleanliness

Location

Whoever thought outside the box and made the design of this room was off their rocker

Rooms were neat

More breakfast would be nice.

The size of the room and the staff

No, for the price, it was well worth it

Clean and location was great!
