Once in the room it was pretty quiet was what I needed. Is there anything you did not like about the hotel

There was two things that I didn't like one was this aggressive smoke smell throughout the hallways but not in my room. Also the lady at the front desk was really snappy and was not helpful at all. Even with the check-in she complained.

It was not worth the money, not clean, smelled like smoke, and did not have an elevator. I was not satisfied at all staying at this hotel, and the water in the shower never got hot. I will never stay at this hotel everrrrr again.

Ac was leaking all over floor. Breakfast was supposed to be out by 6 and when I left at 730 it still was not out

The staff was very courteous. It is an older hotel but be self assured they definitely are keeping it clean.Great place to stay and reasonably priced. Coffee and muffins in the morning.The Beds are Nice and Cozy for a good night's rest.

The staff was rude and kicked me out when she was the one who was very rude and left me in the streets with no money

Door would not shut because of the new carpet. Wild kids running around upstairs was disturbing. No breakfast.

Location was great and convenient. Surrounded by lots of food and stores .

Staff was rude , room was filthy and had several things not operating such as the all of the lamps , the microwave, etc . It smelled really bad and bed bugs bit my children and I . Mentioned breakfast but didn¿t have any and the hot tub was disgusting!

It wasn't as clean or nice as I thought it would be. The comforter was torn the carpet was coming up. The bathroom looked dingy.

The location is great! The room was clean, the maids were prompt and friendly, and supplied clean towels and new toiletries everyday. The hotel was quiet with no disturbances.

The night girl at the front desk was rude checking in, I also needed to print a form and she told me the printer did not work.

No breakfast on Saturday or Sunday yet sign indicated daily breakfast. Also, had to wait for representative to show up to check in.

This hotel goes in your room while your gone. They tried to charge us for pets that we didnt have and they're full of scamming authorities.

The hotel was not what it showed. The phone wasn't connected, the chair was damaged, they didn't serve breakfast like it showed on the website.

Room was good size, area, location, price

Room not clean well the day 1 trash in one can, saw prior tenants dirty shirt in trash. Second day never cleaned room or replaced towels. Very uncomfortable situation. We were told prior to rental they had a pool, when we got there, not usable. ¿¿

It's very noisy no elevator they put me on the second floor I didn't get any sleep we was was on our way to my father in law funeral
