Convenience to where I was going.

Why do we have to pay tonpark after paying to stay at the hotel? Parking should.be included with your stay. 30 dollars for 3 nights is ridiculous.

I did a extended stay and they changed me another 50 instead of using the 50 I already paid, I was in the same room just need another day

1st room smelled like cat pee.?.. then paid $10 to park.?. 2 out of three treadmills in the exercise room didn?t work.

$10 Fee for parking in an open lot, not a parking garage, never had to pay to park at any other hotel and we travel a lot. The room was small and not what i reserved. The breakfast tasted like something you shouldnt put in your mouth !

The whole hotel smelled so fresh but it was so light and natural. The fragrance was bot artificial.

The breakfast was way below the Hampton Inn standard that we have experienced in other hotels.

The cleanliness and the staff, both were excellent.

Lacked an ironing board & iron which is pretty much standard at other hotels, as well as a closet with hangers, to hang up clothes. For a 2-day stay with 3 people, both were desperately needed. Kind of a deal-breaker for us.

The Amenities. Room had extra towels, Lotion/Shampoo/conditioner/Soap. Also had iron and refrigerator. Had coffee maker and coffee in the lobby. Also had breakfast in the morning which included hot food (sausage/eggs). Room also had a humidifier.

One complaint was the $10 for parking. IF I get a room downtown I might expect a cost for parking or valet, but not at a regular hotel in a regular location, and not even a garage. I would have expected this to be in cost of hotel & not separate.

I stay at this location once a month and require a handicapped room. The handicap rooms are well equipped to accommodate all of my needs.

Breakfast was superior to other complimentary breakfasts found at other hotels.

The shower head had residue on it and there were several dead bugs on the floor.

Convenient to softball complex.

The room was very tight. Not much walk through room between beds and tv stand/desk.

Helpful employees. Computer system was down but the staff at the front desk worked hard to get the room that I had requested. I liked everything about the hotel. I¿m a Hilton Honors member.

Rooms are dated. Bedding wasn't that great. Hotel needs to pay attention to cleaning / needs approvement. Hotel charges for parking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very clean kind staff very comfortable stay

Very welcoming facility. Clean and smelled wonderful. Loved the mini fridge and microwave. Free breakfast and parking. Noise free. Accommodating concierge services.

It didn¿t look like the hallway carpets were vacuumed daily.

I love the location and how it's convenient to everything the staff and most definitely the continental breakfast was good. I also like they have an exercise room and Wi-Fi.
