It was pet friendly, with a refundable deposit.

The parking lot was full of trash, & very brightly lit (too bright). The room was free of debris, but the sheets were clean. The room could've used a deep cleaning.

Most beds hurt my back. This one was extremely comfortable with no back pain in the morning. Will be coming back if we are in the area.

The chairs were absolutely disgusting. Soiled, stained run down. Outside of microwave where the frame/glass meet is crusted, mirrors were streaked. TV guide shows channels but you select a specific channel it is not available.

Charged $10 for service dog. Not ADA compliant. Charged 2 days later, sneaky. Disputed and they would not remove fee. No sheet on bed, asked for one, man at desk said he had to come into my room and see. I declined, I am a woman, so did not get sheet.

We checked in in the middle of night but it was extended so we could sleep. Thank you!

They had two rooms available unlike any other hotel we called. We didn't have any issue getting into our room and the window units were nice and noisy and made it easier to sleep. Sheets smelled clean.

We made it there around 2am so maybe this contributed to the issues....there were sketchy looking folks outside their rooms smoking and hanging out. The carpet was sticky. Lumpy mattress. Had to pass the smokers to get to room. Didn't feel safe.

The bathroom had mold growing in the shower and the room was highly perfumed - almost sickening. Staff not friendly or knowledgeable. Located 50 yards from a train track with trains passing throughout the night. We would never stay there again.

The motel has a cockroach problem. Room 119 had some cracked furniture. It had a shower stall, but no tub so that when I showered, water rolled over most of the floor. Not enough electrical outlet. Breakfast was not available until 7:00am.

That it was in Memphis.

Everything! The hotel was very dirty and in need of many repairs.

Great breakfast with fun TX shaped waffles. Front desk clerk was very nice and even gave our daughter a special treat when we checked out. All round a nice, affordable hotel with great service and staff.

It was easy to get to.

Lots of road noise inside the room. Shower was gross and the shower head was nearly impossible to use. I adjusted it the best I could. Check in took 20 minutes. Lady moving very slow. People in front of me came back because their assigned room was dirty.

the front desk was amazing - got us a bucket and some rags to clean our bikes after the rain - did an extra sweep on the pool cause he knew we were heading there - very nice guy!

The hotel is on the main highway and very easy to find. There is daily breakfast which includes waffles. The air conditioners worked very well during the hot summer days.

There is a very dated hotel and the rooms smell musty.

THE ROOM WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD, NOT VERY NICE LOOKING ON OUT SIDE, MEN WERE DRINKING BEER OUTSIDE THEIR ROOMS.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Although a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke at times. I think this is because it was in between two smoking rooms. This was a problem for me as I am allergic to cigarette smoke.

The hotel offered free breakfast and my husband loved the waffles.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the carpet.
