Pros +
- The couch and couch pillow was so comfy I almost wanted to sleep on it instead of the bed but the bed was the best sleep I’ve ever had
- Nothing. The manager stole my charger and said she would hold it.
- There were multiple entrances and parking
Cons -
- The manager is a liar and never returned my charger she was holding for me. She didn?t come out at all and said she didn?t have it anymore. She sent another employee.
- The description said (convention center) which was not within walking distance so that was very misleading. That was the entire reason I chose this hotel. Then to find out it?s across the expressway really bothered me
- Breakfast ends at 10am.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping
It¿s time to do quite a bit of maintenance many places around the hotel was pealing wall paper and obvious leaking ceiling in the pool area.
Love how clean the room felt just walk into it and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to everything I needed. Dinner and shopping. Perfect place to stay. Enjoyed the inside spa and pool. Thank you.
Very comfortable room.
Getting the WiFi was tricky. A.C. was hard to fine tune. The breakfast was really sad.
The room was nice, it was clean, and convenient to local places.
The staff charged my card twice, once for incidentals and another time for who knows what.
The spacious, clean room.
It was hard for staff to keep hotel clean, with unruly guests.
Clean..very nice area...staff very perfessional
Beautiful hotel, very clean, great location and nice breakfast
The location is great! The bed was very comfortable! !!Great staff.
My bed had hair, Yuck!! My restroom counter want wiped down, it had cup rings on it, nasty. It didn't smell clean.
cleanliness,location
ground floor rooms facing the highway lacked adequate isolation for car noise traveling in the after midnight
Perfect location. Great breakfast and clean rooms.
Seemed fresh and new. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Could have had more variety in the evening food.
Cleanliness
To expensive for the size of the room, they are selling the room like a suit and its far from that.
Very nice and clean.
Everything was great.
Location and clean
It had the toilet apart from the shower
Glad the spa was open to relax
Water pressure was too low in the shower
