- Unfortunately, my stay was unacceptable. My room was infested with cockroaches, which is something no guest should ever experience. When I complained, the staff did not seem to care and offered no real assistance. I was told I could switch rooms, but no help was provided to move, and no apology or courtesy was extended.The lack of concern and poor customer service made an already bad situation worse. I will not be returning.
