Comfort Suites McAllen Airport and La Plaza Mall

Great location and bed was really comfortable

TV was hanging off wall, bed linens were old and worn

yes, I paid the hotel through you guys and at the hotel they asked me for my credit card just for incidentals and they charge me the 2 nights again. I told them and they said it will take about 15 days for my refund. it did put me out of my budget.

I liked breakfast.

Room was very humidity and hot.A/C was not enough cooling the room.

The room were clean The staff were very friendly

The only concern was that in the website it had that their provide a shuttle to the airport which we were told that their don't provide that service. But they did provide 3 taxi service that were reliable and friendly. We did call for their service.

Location. I was sorting through things in a storage unit and it was close to it.

The TV didn¿t work consistently. It wouldn¿t turn on 1/2 the time; it even turned off while I was watching it. I told the front desk. The next day maintenance went to repair it but it was the same. I didn¿t bother them again.

The staff was super friendly.

It was a little closer to the interstate than I thought and the birds filled the trees and power lines. They pooped everywhere and were really loud.

Air conditioner didn't work

It was right off the expressway and close to the mall for shopping and there were a lot of places to eat nearby. Very clean and quiet atmosphere

Location and Cleanliness

There was only one person working at the front desk and it took almost 30 minutes just to get checked in.

I liked how helpful the ladies ar the counter were when I had a question or issue.

After the first night the cleaning ladies took the towels the next morning and didn't replace them. We ha to ask for more. The day after that they did not change towels or our trash and I had to ask for more toilet paper.

The size of of the room

When I arrived at the room, there was no TV remote. The desk staff person brought me one, which didn't work and then came back after a while with another one that worked ok. This kind of thing should've have been taken care of before.

Location

There were not enough towels for the number of people. There were no wash clothes. There were no extra toilet paper rolls and we ran out in the middle of the night and when I went to the front desk to get more no one was available.

Will never EVER stay there again!!!! As soon as we walked they hallway it smelled damp like moldy room was worse !!! And the sofa had BIG!!! Ugly stains like something spilled & didn¿t bother scrubbing just dried it up the only plus was young man & lady¿¿

The check in was quick and the staff was very friendly.

Room was rundown and felt like a two star hotel. Definitely needs to be remodeled. I really didn't like the square pillows. Breakfast could have had yogurt or better selections. Price was too high for the stay and amenities. Location wasn't great.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. There wasn¿t any noisy people and the pool was great. It was the 4th of July weekend and the people staying there were very well behaved. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was @ a very good location easy access it was everything the pictures showed

The web page lust hit breakfast. It was only a breakfast biscuit. Not a hot buffet
