The first trip 2 weeks ago was perfect, loved everything about the hotel. The room, atmosphere, breakfast and staff.

Cons -

Wish check in time was a bit sooner as we had to be ready by 6 and didn’t check in until 4.
The toliet did not work, it took the maintenance person 2 times before they would give us a new room. We had reserved a king and ended up with a queen. Also, the ice maker on the floor was not working.
Surprised the pantry staffs didnÂ¿t know the breakfast served and what is added to eggs and etc. The breakfast served was not labeled properly and be aware that they donÂ¿t care about customers diet and religious beliefs. Many of the items are with meat.

The location, the room and also pool.

Sometimes I feel the stuff judge you and sometimes they forget to bring your stuff when you ask them and I didn't know what the deposit until I went to go to the hotel

Very clean and spacious rooms.The desk clerk was friendly and had a beautiful smile.

Had to wait an extra 25 minutes for toom to be cleaned. This was 25 minutes after the check in time. The breakfast offered was not that great. A lot of packaged foods and oatmeal was over cooked.

The room had a kitchen... With plates, a good sized fridge and freezer. Very unexpected. It's really home away from home. Sofa bed included. The room can house 6 people comfortably
