Trash on lobby, a lot of noise, bathroom needs updating

Location friendly staff and very clean

The AC made a loud noise making it difficult to sleep

The description stated there was an indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, & a hot tub. There was no indoor pool, nor sauna, and the hot tub wasn't operational. The hot tub was the whole reason we booked there.

We had a great experience with the staff. They were extremely helpful and incredibly kind. The room was big enough for 2 and the property was very well located.

The pillows were rock hard. There were 3 but no variance in the density so We didn¿t have the best sleep. My only other thought is that the hotel is quite nice and not bargain basement cheap but they don¿t put even 2 bottles of water in the room.

Sheets had stains, understaffed hair strands in random places, underwhelming free breakfast, no free transport to airport until after 9am.

Great location for my needs.

Decorative panels are falling off the building. No water coming from the facet in the room. Barely could take a shower. Evidently builder is being sued for all the problems this location has

We loved the color scheme, the pool, the friendly staff, the decorations,the amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. I love the room layout as well as the artwork in the room.

The only thing I would add is maybe to put a coin changer in the laundry room areas, as well as some chairs for waiting. Also, the scent that they pump through the vents to freshen up the place is gross.

WOW. This La Quinta Inn is More then our expectation... I highly recommend everyone to stay here if staying in MC Allen.. A+++++++

The awesome rooms with the phones having an auxcord and speaker for music the restroom space was big the bed and to were amazing

Everything was perfect

It is very modernized. The front entrance area is very beautiful to chill or eat breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect because we were close to the Plaza mall, 17th street and very nice restaurants.
