Texas Inn McAllen Airport

Quiet and great staff

Not enough toilet paper in rooms

Location was close to downtown mcallen and the mall.

Bed, pillows and chair seats and what you expect from a motel

Great location and very clean. Friendly helpful staff.

The sound of the pool water feature which was close to my room was a bit distracting.

I like the location of the property. I also like that the rooms are very spacious and clean, and the bed is comfortable

I don't know where the ixemachine is located.

I Honestly Can't Tell You. No Comment

Grown men smoking in the pool area and leaving ashes in the pool so my son wasn't able to swim because of that and someone was fighting outside my room but never came to my door step

I would like my money back or would like an explanation how were they able to use my account info without me being present or without having my ID...

Someone use my account information without me being present which isn't mandatory to check for ID before checking in anyone a room....

That it was close to restaurants and room had a kitchenette

Crevices on the the floor n walls, the walls needed repainting. Floors were dirty

Convenient

Tv didn’t work No volume Couldn’t change channnels

Front desk lady which appears to be the manager was semi helpful, was thorough I guess

Hotel needs a major renovation, rooms are extremely dated, rooms smell, AC not working in some rooms, cleaning needs to be improved and fumigation also, cacaroaches present
