Super 8 by Wyndham McAllen/Downtown

Very clean, spacious and a great location. I was very impressed that it was all flooring and no carpet. Everything was fantastic except for the quality of the towels.

Quality of the towels was disappointing.

Location. Hotel is near lots of shopping and restaurants

Hand towels were stained, uncomfortable beds, lots of wear and tear in the room cracks holes watermarks on the ceiling

Clean quiet and close to the highway

AC didn't work too well

the staff was nice

our fist room had flees in the sheets, and we got switched to a second room and the lock was broken off and we were told we couldn¿t switch rooms again.

The size of the room was big.

There was no pool, The hotel was very run down. The air con was not working and it was was miserably hot.

Location

Manager/owner was very rude and customer service very poor. I went to check in and room was not ready they told me to go back st 2pm which I did and room was still not ready. I went back for the 3rd time at 4pm and this time I was able to check in.

Cleanliness and comfortable plus sizeable not to mention microwave and fridge.

I can't think of anything...all was excellent!

Location

I reserved a NON smoking king bed room online and got a two bed smoking room which was the only room available. Staff was nice and brought an air freshener, but the room smelled really bad.

Didn't end up staying. Person was shady and was not polite.

The room was good.

I thought the morning attendant was a little to pushy & attention seeker during breakfast, he seemed too obvious and noticeable- stage star. On checkout he was too pushy. Ar11 am he called & asked if i was staying another night; he called again at 12;

Rooms looked pretty nice

Woke up with over 20 red bites on my legs, not sure what caused it.

The staff of the dinner where kind and helpful

I did not know I was staying in a smokers room, when I got there the receptionist told me it always happen with online reservations and he cannot change my room, was horrible full of smoke like there was recently a party there

I loved it clean and quiet great hotel

Better breakfast and no pool

Very clean room. Excellent value for the money. Courteous staff. Excellent location.

Please clean your washing machine and dryer?

Set up

The other guests knocking on the door. Good thing door was downstairs and room was upstairs.

Location

Very old.

Great staff and awesome room.

I have book a lot of places that are pet friendly and never did I get charged another fee when I¿m checking, and I had to pay at this place. Which I had no other choice but to pay.

Room customer service

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
