Mold, low ceilings, the room smelled. Had to go buy fabreez

Availability cleanliness, and over all comfortable setting, plus had a bar restaurant and a Starbucks

Certain Staff members don't know anyithing about anything I asked for batteries and staff said maintenance was gone for the day

Where you can improve: Elevator was especially slow on the side next to the bar. Also, the mattress on the sofa bed could stand to be replaced

Base boards and door edges need to be updated and painted they looked old not kept up to par.

The staff were wonderful and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

The bathroom was very small and needs updating. There was also a cricket in the room.

Yes, the lighting in all the rooms was so dark it was hard to see what we needed to especially when I was trying to get ready for our event.

Friendly staff. Very courteous. Even included the entertainment/singer on Thursday night. Found ourselves eating at the bar in a rather relaxed atmosphere. And breakfast with Ruben is always a treat!

The staff that checked me in didn¿t seem happy to be there. The room was not clean well there was stains on the walls and even one looked like dried blood and there was a hair in the sink . There was a lot of scale on the shower head.

It was an easy check in process, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room had plenty of space.

We loved the center area and bar, food was great! Staff was Very friendly. The room was beyond our expectations. We are already planning our next trip.

Elevators were a little clogged on checkout, but what hotel isn't clogged at Sunday checkout. Once we got down it took less than a minute to check out.

Yes, they didn’t have a blanket in the closet, and when I call the front desk to request one, they told me that I had to go down there to pick it up. I thought that was strange, oh well I guess we can’t win them all.
