It was able to accommodate our family. It?s hard to find a place to fit 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids) in one room

Very clean, neat, and setup of suite

NOT A SINGLE LAMP, DESK, HAD USB CHARGING PORTS. never had a hotel that did not have USB PORTS FOR charging ability. Would not stay here again. This was an emergency stay due to power outage at my residence. Breakfast was of minimun standards.

I love the space in the rooms, absolutely my favorite thing about this hotel. The price was super reasonable and the shower is beautiful.

The remote in the living room didn¿t work and the tv in the room didn¿t work either. It said something about the ¿network settings¿. They also didn¿t have any towels available in the pool area just used ones by the door.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Pool and mini golf was fun for family

We stoped on our 18 wheeler and there was actually a place to park! Ate some good fish next door ðŸ˜ÅÂ

Had to figure out how to get the lights (actually electricity!) to go on! Put the card in the slot beside the front door. That could have been explained by the front desk personal. But we figured it out n was fine!

The room and staff were great! The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the room was perfect. The whole building was in excellent condition. Fresh cookies in the lobby. I will definitely stay there again.

There wasn''t anything I didnt like about this hotel.

Location and friendly staff

Pool water did not look clean; it was muggy and dull and no towels available at the time we needed them. They gave us a room equipped for handicapped people and it was not a good thing for us since we have a 2 yr old; open access to the restroom was hard

I really like the room setup with Kitchenette.

The pull out sofa is a twin trundle not the typical pull out bed you expect.

The hotel room was really clean, no complaints whatsoever. Loved the setup of our suite and the fact that kitchenware was provided just in case cooking was an option.

I think the pool should be open later than 10 pm, there's some of us that check in pretty late due to the fact that we are driving from out of the state. I would've enjoyed more than 30 minutes in the pool, especially with this summer heat.

Comfort and excellent windows to sleep and very clean

Clean and lots of dining options within walking distance. Shower was great.

Uncomfortable beds, loud rooms....hotel was more like a finished warehouse than a hotel.

WOW! The hotel is beautiful. The entry is adorned with Chahuly-like glass. The room was great: up to date/modern furnishings; the desk was a little worn but it was minimal in the big picture. Loved the really big tiles in the hallways and bathroom.

I liked everything about this hotel. The owner obviously did everything 1st class. I'd like to see Hawthorn Suites in Lubbock come and take a tour to see what this owner has done. Lubbock's Hawthorn Suites is in bad need of a re-do.

Fairly new, clean and quick service.

Very good location, easy access. Great value with full breakfast and the rooms were new and updated. The overall appearance of hotel is great for the price. Very modern, clean and open. Overall, the hotel is really nice, beautifully decorated. Great Value

The staff was somewhat friendly, but they could have been a little more welcoming. There was a friend at the desk and they were more interested in what he was saying and seemed like they were just rushing to check us in so they could continue their talk.

Amazing place to take a family. We had the double suite with 2 separate bedrooms.Plus the hotel had a heated pool with cabanas for BBQing, mini golf, fresh cookies, free breakfast... my kid's did not want to leave. I wish I could give this place 20 stars!

Newer hotel. We were in a suite that we weren't expecting. Very nice with comfortable bed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, or play mini golf or use the nice barbecue area. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again next time in town.

The refrigerator in our room was a little noisy. We told the staff about it and they said they will look into it.
