Booked a king size bedroom and was given a handicap room

Breakfast menu is now varied and improved.

A roach in the lobby. Hair in tub even after cleaning. Crumbs in the carpet. Mirror smudged. Stayed 3 nights and there was always something not cleaned well.

Kitchen staff was using dirty rag to clean the counter and then making the tacos with the same hand. I ask to speak to higher managers and left my numbarnum but no one has called

Love the location, the cleanliness, and the daily happy hour. Bar and restaurant staff is great.

We have stayed at this location numerous times in the last few months, yet the person at the front desk was not friendly or helpful during check in on Dec 3, 2023. I asked for an upgrade and a specific view. I unenthusiastically was given the view.

Free breakfast and happy hour are great.

Breakfast and happy hour need variety. Every hotel stay has offered the same menu at both breakfast and happy hour. Still, it is appreciated.

The rooms were spacious and plenty of plugs for charging!

The first desk is always overwhelmed. Not enough staff to keep up with check in or check out.

It¿s clean and nice

Breakfast was not enough. They tell you an hour and if you arrive 30 min before, most of the food is gone

Super clean, customer service. We travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels. Their breakfast is extremely good. Their afternoons are great. Drinks and snacks are provided.

The only thing, only thing that I did not like were the pillows. They were too hard for me.

Front desk staff Thalia was very nice. She greeted us the days she worked and was very helpful when we asked for information. The atmosphere and cleanliness was very inviting.

The only negative was parking....so many open spots for charging up Tesla's and not enough parking for regular cars

I love the location of this hotel! I have stayed there several times and I’ve never been disappointed!! I very highly recommend. There breakfasts are amazing and all the staff is very nice and make you feel welcomed.

If I would have to say something it would be that the sofa in the room needs to be cleaned it had several stains

The front desk staff, i called because my neighbors upstairs were making a lot of noise, moving chairs around, and the front desk girl told me they were booked right away

Cleanliness and breakfast buffet.

The knob for the hot water was broken. The iron did not work. The girl who checked us in had an attitude and if she doesn’t like people, she needs a different job. Did not even want to ask for extra towels. I

The building and employees are great.

I thought it would be cleaner. The room had a sanitized sticker on it but the bathroom had hair all over it. gross! The fitness room needed to be sanitized as well. Just thought the hotel would be spotless.

This hotel is very clean has a helpful staff. It is in a good location. My wife and I enjoy staying here when we're at the McAllen area. Prices are fair, but could always enjoy a friendly discount. The hotel is quite at night s compare to other hotels.

Room Air Conditioning

Toilet seat needed replacing. Floor in eating area was sticky as well as the table.

Cleanliness, regular Embassy Suites amenities were great. But I liked the gym the best. Had everything and then some for a hotel.
