Spacious room.

The widow had a breeze, and we could hear people outside.

Room was dirty, cockroaches and hair in the bathroom

I was remolded.

They charged me $300 for a cigarette burn on a mattress that wasn't even done by me. Then since I didn't pay the. They kept my state ID

The woman receptionist was a real hag. The man that relieved him was very accommodating though. Kudos to him. They filled in the hot tub with cement, so that was a bummer. I'd stay here again if I absolutely had to, but I probably won't.

The wi-fi went out during my stay and it caused me to have a late checkout which cost me an extra $25.00 Also, they don't tell you that they require a $100 cash deposit and the entire hotel is non-smoking which they do t mention either. I was very unhappy

The location was perfect.

There was no WiFi in my room and I told the lady at the front desk but they did not change my room.

Parking when packed, have to park in the rear of the building which I didnt felt safe leaving my car there . I moved my car to the next hotel.

The layout of the room was weird and charging $100 deposit for one star hotel.

Looked good through the surface , floor was not clean water was too hot even when cold and tub faucet pulled away. Not worth the money.

No nonskid strips in tub. Almost fell multiple times while showering.....then went to sleep in a rock hard bed

bed had food and trash in it, sheets were dirty, no pillow cases on pillows, stains on bed, key stopped working after 3 hours, bad customer service

Since I staid for 10 nights; house keeping would clean the room after 3:00 PM. Being elderly that schedule clashed with our schedule. We like to return to the room mid afternoon to relax for a few hours before going out for evening activities.

very average room, clean but not comfortable, the pillows hard and the towels dry and rough. I was asked upfront for the $100 dollars cash deposit altough i already had paid for the hotel ( non-refundable price) and i tought i had been charged

The refrigerator got really cold.

The room smelled and it had ants and I killed a big cockroach.

No plastic liner in shower so water went all over bathroom floor. Signs of mildew in shower.

From internet, it is great, but the actual hotel is OK.

The first day we checked in, there are total 4 roaches, two on the bed,one is on the wall, one is ony friend's face in the middle of the night. I spoke to the front desk next morning, they said it's normal.???

The mattress smelled ike urine! BAD!front desk said there was nothing they could do. They didnt even off to clean the room.Floors were dirty. The front desk hung up the phone on me when I ask to speak with a manager. Ac didn't work right. Worst hotel ever

Hotel was overall nasty , roaches, clogged sink, tub was so slippery, was charged for a t.v.that had an electronic issue,I will never book a hotel that is run by Mexicans again,all I can say is Horrible, disgusting, I feel like I was taken
