Shower rubber mat was left on top of sink counter. Mat was clean, but still unhygienic.

Bathroom sink did not drain properly.

Newer and good rooms, good breakfast and good rate

Room had a loud roaring noise all night. Like an outside AC generator. Came on and off throughout the night. Very disruptive.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was beautiful and clean. The pool was very clean and relaxing. It was and quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Thank you so much

The smell in the hallway and in the room was very unpleasant.

The rooms are so clean, breakfast was always awesome, and the gym is open 24/7. Great experience and lots of restaurants near by.

I did not get the room I booked, staff was rude and not helpful. Hot tub was not working and was told it would be fixed or we would have checked out immediately. I rented the room for the hot tub only.

Falta de comprensión del personal de recepción, al pedir una hora mas para la salida y no aceptar. Falta instalar una maquina que despache agua o regalar botellas de agua. Que la happy hour sea para llevar al cuarto o al área de alberca, no cerrarla

Staff and cleanliness of room. Smelly dirty and stained

I liked the availability of the shuttle and location of the hotel.

We would have preferred to have each bed in it's own room with a door for privacy.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was great and was not the same day after day. When we go back to McAllen we will stay there again.

Our soaps were only replaced every three days and were getting awfully skimpy by the end of the third day.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff was exceptional. I love that the shuttle will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. New hotel too. We really enjoyed ourselves. Oh and the guy from NOLA making drinks at the bar was great!!

Staff seemed nice. Didn't communicate much with them though. Didn't have time to address my concerns.

Main door lock wouldn't work. (Had to make sure to use secondary latch lock). Sofa bed which I paid extra for was horrible. (Slept on bare springs with thin cover) On second night there were less clean towels left on purpose. Water flow is extremely low

Proximity to stores, restaurants, old downtown, old neighborhoods. Free wifi. We loved the absolute cleanliness of our room, bedsheets, clean & crisp. Bathroom was immaculate.

Accidentally left umbrellas and staff is saving them for us to pick up on our return .So, staff is excellent and responsive.

Hotel needs a restaurant.

Breakfast is above what I have ever had
