Billed me twice same rate as room cost. Didn't get money back until 4 days later

I?m glad to be one of the first ones to write about this hotel. Well it?s immaculate, probably because it?s brand new. The rooms are superb with decorations seemingly for an art institute. There?s literally a pool table at the hotel!

What I don?t like is that I was limited from putting everything I liked about the hotel in here

I liked the location. The only negative was that we could hear the neighboring rooms. Seems walls are paper thin

Staff wasn’t understandable. Checking in very difficult. Booking site says one thing and then When you get there they say something different. Asked about how much was the deposit about 3 times never got a response. Indoor pool area very messy super hot

Lack of service approach from the front desk personnel. Untrained people and 0 problem solving approach. You can listen to everything happening in surrounding rooms. For sure will never stay here again.

It looks nice.

Rooms are super small. The shower is connected to the room no door. Breakfast was very basic.

The breakfast was great. The indoor pool was very clean, warm and comfortable. The details of decor had so much charm.

Parking gets really packed.

It was very nice and clean! Staff was very friendly! Would definitely book here again.

Wish the pool had a way of heating the water up but other than that it was very nice!

It was modern. Close to several places.

Bed was a little bit too soft. Air Conditioner too close to the bed. Blowing directly to our face.

They had complimentary breakfast that included eggs, sausage links, waffles, and many other things. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fun. The overall ambiance of the hotel was just great, I will definitely be making my way back to aloft when i need a place to relax, to stay, and have fun.

I did not like that there was not a door separating the shower from the room, it's like an open concept restroom. just to be clear thought the toilet area does have a door for privacy and the shower has a frosted door for semi privacy while you shower and the toilet/shower area has a divider up between itself and the sleeping area. I do however think this is perfect if you're staying alone, with a partner, or you are looking to entertain.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, 24h Gym is also a big plus

Very clean and up to date.

Shower door wouldn’t close all the way so the water would leak out.

Clean facilities, good customer care, comfortable space
