Convenient to the highway and very clean.

Found my room door open one day when i returned. Also could have used another towel and washcloth.

Air conditioner in room never work. I had a big exam to take in the morning and couldn¿t sleep all night. Horrible experience.

it was located conveniently by everything we needed to access.

the fridge didn't cool properly, and the beds were too firm.

The location of hotel is close to everything, very clean and breakfast was delicious.

Woke up in the middle of the night by fire alarm going off, had to evacuate with a small child. No explanation at all for inconvenience or offered any compensation,

Advertised as having airport shuttle, but service did not start till 10am. I had a 6:05am flight, so had to use a cab, which added $15.00 to the cost of my stay. With noon checkout, I doubt many people are able to take advantage of shuttle

We stayed to attend the Christmas parade. Conveniently located close to the mall & lots of restaurants was a big plus.

Minor: One day housekeeping took soiled linen but did not replace it with new linen. The Front Desk solved this and sent up replacements quickly.

Liked the large shower ...not a tub/shower combo.....easier to get in and out of. Staff friendly.

Room was smallest that we've stayed on our road trip.

Clean hotel i was very impressed with breakfast i really wasn't expecting such a good hotel for the price

The fire alarm went off at 2:20am with a false alarm. No contact was made to comfort guests or tell us not to evacuate. The breakfast was put into the serving buffets but no heat was under them so food was cold. 1 waffle maker for 400+ rooms. Carpet stick

TWO NIGHTS--NO SLEEP--THREE DIFFRENT ROOMS--THUMB DOWN FOR THIS HAMPTON

They put us in a room someone else was in good thing I didn't get shot going someone room. Second room kids ran across the celling tell 12;50 am I call office 3 times third room they put us in facing highway cars racing 2 to 3am in the morning. 2 NIGHTS
