Very clean staff friendly breakfast is way better than just your typical hotel breakfast

The WiFi wasn’t good that’s it other than that a nice stay for a good affordable rate

Friendly staff, perfect location close to McAllen, the airport, and shopping. The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pool and hot tub were closed due to painting the building that was very disappointing. Breakfast closed at 930 and always seemed to be out of food. Should be better stocked and go until 10

Very clean, larger room than I'd anticipated and great customer service.

The pool location being near the street, though I could not stay over an hour because I had to leave and did not stay overnight or utilize the amenities; and there was not a bathtub, but probably keeps the location more sanitary

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

There was an odd smell in the lobby and elevator that smelled like mildew and cigarettes. There were some very loud guests near my room which made it difficult to sleep.

The business center and the pool were not available.

We checked in late but we were checked in quickly. We appreciated that because we were quite tired. So the cleanly made up bed was actually a comfortable bed that really helped us sleep well after our trip.

It was in the morning when in the shower that we had the first surprise! There was no shower gel when we wanted to shower. So there I waited until someone brought it in. Then I wanted to shave, brush my teeth¿ The sink drainage was too damn slow.

It was friendly and very clean..They had a nice breakfast.

I wasn't aware the swimming pool was not in service. I live here in the Valley and I did rent the pool for that main reason to take the children to the pool..

Clean linens & great breakfast. Although breakfast hours were confusing & missed breakfast twice due to weekday & weekend hours. I was never told hours changed between weekday & weekend.

Light switches were dirty!

The size of the room and the quiteness of the room. Plenty of space and nice to have two separate living areas.

Parking was horrible and trying to pull in to the parking lot it¿s very dangerous.

Since I¿ve stayed at that location before I like the location and having everything around

I asked for a non smoking room and they gave me a room that was very smelly ( to smoke ) which made my stay very uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel to local restrauants and the places I needed to be were excellent.

The website did not list that this hotel was under renovations and that breakfast was only coffee and a breakfast bar. Which was one of the reasons I chose it. The front lobby had contraction equipment which made it hard to walk around.

The room was dirty lots of upgrades but cleanliness was not there. Definitely would like to know pool was not available if for schedule times. Big disappointment. Would have went to another hotel. No response or on cleanliness of room or smell of paint.

Hotel was getting renovating so did not expect too much but did get impressed upon arrival. Only complaint would be of the several bugs I was able to spot before it was too late.
