Homewood Suites by Hilton McAllen

2 bedroom suite with kitchenette was very spacious. Like staying in a mini apartment.

Wonderful spacious room. Plenty of towels and soap! Breakfast done very elegantly.

No. Everything was great ¿¿

Happy hour and dinner are included in the price - in addition to breakfast. Food wasn't fancy but it was delicious and very convenient to have two meals provided. Friendly, professional staff made it a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely stay again.

There's nothing negative about this hotel.

Location

The staff did not know how to handle a prepaid reservation. This caused the staff to authorize my card on two separate occasions during my one night stay.

The hotel Washington perfect

Mi reservación no estaba en el sistema del hotel

Absolutley everything, we stay there alot.

Agreement with true fit gym

Very clean hotel. Staff was very courteous.

Everything

Very convenient location, very kind staff, very clean rooms, water pressure in shower was great.

My wife didn’t like the bed, she felt like there was a dip in the mattress. So she didn’t sleep well.

My room wasnt as clean as should been .There was trash from prior customer there.Hair on floor. Felt like they didn't sanitize Room properly.

Unsanitary room.Bathroom no hand soap .Towels look so worked out aswell

The soaps and adequate number of towels in the bathroom for the three guests that I paid for.

The sofa was so small that one who is 5ft 3 inch in height could not fit. As a result I was sleep deprived throughout my stay. For a king suite, I expected there would be water in the refrigerator the list. The sink faucet is loose and needs to be replaced. The food is all low quality factory processed frozen, thawed and warmed for the guests. The hotel could do better with the break fast the least because there are no good restaurants near by.

We had everything we needed. The gym was cute, and the staff were all very kind.

The quality of the food was questionable. We were not happy with the turkey sausage, which tasted like cardboard. However, the chocolate chip cookies were legendary!

Great choice to stay in McAllen. Its very near from restaurants like cracker barrel or five guys burguer (walking distance very short) next to the hotel is located a academy store and the plaza mall is very close too. The room very confortable and clean and the personal since the beginning were very nice people. Definitely i’ll stay again in the homewood suites.

…

Better room and amenities than expected!! Pool was great!! Staff was savy and quick to accommodate us!!

The suite did not have updated silverware. Only one fork.

Very comfortable, clean and with fantastic location, close to a variety of restaurants, perfect when you do not want to drive after a long road trip

Good location.

The coffee pot was high end. I added bottled water to the resoivoir to make coffee and it had trash in it… should have been checked.Otherwise, proptery was clean and full but we rarely waited for an elevator. Great stay. would stay here again
