Clarion Inn near McAllen Airport

Pool not safe underwater light fixture on deck . Very poor repairs to room tv has antenna not functioning. Beds are horrible no way a 4 star staid in another hotel

The bed was comfortable. A hot breakfast was provided.

The motel is in dire need of renovation. Shower knobs are missing, bathroom lights are dim, and water pressure is low. The room has no coffee maker, fridge, microwave, ice bucket, plastic cups, or washcloths.

No fridge no TV no remote no telephone in room we basically got a med and shower this was supposed to be a relaxing staycation so I wasn't about to argue and set a different tone for the evening

a very disappointing stay. We had to be switched to 3 different rooms, only to end back at the first room. Front desk was very unprofessional lied, My room was not clean Damion was also guest and 4 others all had complaints not for disabled

Nothing very poor customer service felt like I was in jail

Customer service no toilet paper in room and when asked for some they couldn't find any roaches poor light in the room no wifi no cable

The breakfast is pretty great. They had a wide variety including scrambled eggs, salsa, chips with queso, potatoes, pastries, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. I truly was impressed with everything they make available for guests and the staff is A+.

The room was very clean! I was sad to lay in bed and realize I was itching. The tv had trouble connecting to their wifi so it logs out. Water pressure was good, but the black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and door were not. This hotel needs updating

I liked nothing about it. I didn't even stay there and got no refund. I checked in and checked out 20min later.

As soon as I walked into the room area there was a crackhead trying to walk in he said he forgot his key. It was nasty place. Nothing like the pictures.

No face towels or soaps, towels in there were torn, floor was dirty, will not book again.

I reserved 2 rooms. Room 215, lights did not work. AC is not the greatest. Some of the outlets would come out when trying to unplug devices. Same issues with room 214 and the AC plug was hanging out of the wall. Holes in the rooms Closet doors dont close

Breakfast was very limited The keys had to be changed multiple times throughout everyday we stayed, and we stayed 3 nights. We had to constantly request clean towels and tissue, housekeeping never came once.
