Texas Inn & Suites McAllen at La Plaza Mall and Airport

Room was clean. Easily accessible. A/c heater worked well. Room smelled good.

Property needs some maintenance, but it was serviceable.

Clean, quiet, close to the highway and close to the Mexico border. Very affordable! Walking distance to Burger King and the gas station, so snacks and booze are readily available.

The pool was small, the pool chairs were all broken up and dirty and no breakfast due to COVID-19. The freezer didn't work, so it was hard to keep my medications cold.

no hassle, clean room, and quiet atmosphere

hair dryer was not functional

Friendly staff and located next to a Valero gas station and Burger King.

Everything met my expectations.

Friendly employees and huge rooms

Breakfast selections very very limited.

Nice clean floor and friendly receptionist.

The location was too close to the border and outside looked tooto undeveloped scary and Would never stay here again.

price

lack of hospitality and lack of friendliness by check-in staff.

the room was large.

They need to open up and at least serve coffee.

It was ok

The sheets on the bed didn’t fit the size and came up the second you sat on the bed .

It was available for when we need it and the price

It was for only one night so everything was good

The beds was very comfortable

easy to get to,gas and food next door

Very very clean front desk lady made the process very easy to check in she was so kind and friendly and very welcoming

Nothing very dirty

Window was Broken lock didn’t lock blood on wall smelled so bad paid extra to move to another room and the ac didn’t work there was black on the walls and it smelled so bad

Convenient

Hair dryer didn't work, water in bathroom didn't really get hot for a shower, no coffee machine in room. Although there was a microwave and fridge in the room, don't really know if they worked.

Quiet and convenient

Mattress was sagging, not terribly, but noticeably

Convenient location for a short trip, it can work as accommodation for visitors to the shopping and commercial areas nearby, as well as for visitors going south of the border who are looking for a place to have a moment of relaxation between the travel days.

It is cheaper

It's not so clean, it's just decent. It's well to go to sleep.

i am waiting for refund

everything could have been better i refused to stay in a dirty hotel ..everything was unsanitary and they promised full refund

Nothing I do not recommend it at all the staff is my rude old and dirty abiracines And I didn't stay, I asked for cancellation and they stole my money. That hotel is terrible
