Best Western Plus McAllen Airport Hotel

We lost some make up we bought at the shopping center. It's sad but there is a very high chance that the hotel staff is responsible for the lost. No other explanation found. We called the hotel. They did not take any responsability! What a shame!

Location, welcoming staff. Amazing room with the top view. The hotel location and cleanliness inside and out were great. The renovation of this hotel was very well worth it. What clearly made me want to extend out stay was the safety around the hotel.

This hotel was a nice surprise! Very clean, and the staff checking in and out was very friendly. It is right across the street from the airport too, although I was doing a road trip-it was very easy access to the Interstate. Great shiny newer peppery!

The location is right across from the airport. The staff, both when I arrived and left, were courteous and very helpful.

Excellent location right across from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, and the AC was ice cold without being noisy. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay at this location again on my next business trip.

Breakfast is served until 9:00 am, but when I came down to breakfast at 8:30, the hot items were already empty and were not refilled. I don't know when they ran out, but it was disappointing.

The location was awesome, the staff were really nice and helpful. For the convenience of location, I'd still recommend the hotel, but the cleanliness has something to be desired

Our room smelled like someone had literally just defecated right before we walked in.The ac unit wouldn't stay on even though it was set to constant and whe shower mat was hanging and had someone's body hair all over it along with the shower walls. Gross

The gym had excellent equipment. The breakfast was delicious. We got a room on the top floor which made it more relaxing due to the lack of noise.

Refrigerator wasn't cleaned out so there was a stench in the room when I opened it. Housekeeping cleaned it out once I reported it but you just have to wonder what else they overlooked when cleaning the room.

Front desk made us wait 10+ minutes to check in cuz she left the desk to attend to someone being lost instead of sending another staff member.

Located across the airport, literally in the mall's parking lot, and close to everything else.

It's perfect for the price paid.
