Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott McAllen Airport

Room was good size and very light, bright and clean. Very good breakfast with a variety of options.

Location and staff

Ac didn''t work, tv had very poor resolution, WiFi speed was very slow and hardy worked, and when showering the hot water was hardly hot and ran out very fast. You had think with Marriot in the name it would carry itself to a higher standard.

A very clean motel and one of the few in good price range with an indoor pool.

I did not like it that they were full beds instead of Queens as we are used to. Husband and I still share same bed always but these were too small so used both beds! Probably not a problem for everyone though.

Location is awesome right across the mall and close to the main highway.

I only booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and I wanted to swim as it was cold outside, when I got to the hotel the indoor pool was closed due to maintenance

The bed was very comfortable

the breakfast area not big enough for all the guest especially on the weekend.... my wife and I felt kinda cheated because I couldn't get it and it was part of the package

The location, good price and installations

The staff were so gentle and honest. We forgot a book. When we return they have it ready for us.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue because they said I had a room with a king sz bed, but I needed one with two beds. At the end of the mix up and until I showed them my confirmation showing "double occupancy" room they made it right.

They were not aware of my "double occupancy" reservation. I had to email a copy of my personal confirmation to the help desk attendant.
