The location is wonderful. Convenient walking to great restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful. Loved Karen! Smartly designed. The amount of times you use your key card made me feel secure. Excellent array of snacks and drinks in pantry.

New, modern, clean, & great location.

Everything! The product for the price was a fantastic find, and the location was perfect, not too far from the highway and several restaurants within walking distance

I really can’t find anything wrong with it

Modern fresh design is very appealing. Everything is clean. Non smoking policy. Large parking lot made it easy to park moving van. The lobby has lots of seating to meet up and visit. Definitely felt like 5 star hotel

Convenient location with good food options nearby. Absolutely new, modern, cozy, and well designed hotel. The room has all you need.

The mattress and the pillows weren’t really comfortable.

Safety and location

Could of made bathroom a little more quiet, door of bathroom.

Karen- at the front desk. Thank you for your exceptional service on the phone. The hotel is new and beautiful and in a perfect part of Mckinney.

Nada. All good!

Great location next to some good restaurants and entertainment. Literally within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was very nice and clean. It felt a like contemporary hotel and the rooms were excellent. This will be our place to stay every time we visit McKinney.

We liked everything!

Convenient location, very well kept . Staff was great, Karen was very friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms and nice staff

Little pricey for what it is and the kitchen sink width isn’t wide enough so the water spills onto the counter

Hotel very clean. Really enjoyed the room. Clean, comfortable. Nice amenities. Loved the patio area and the balcony area. Had a big group and was nice to hang out on the 2nd floor balcony. Also like the room to play games on the 2nd floor.

The staff were polite and exceptionally friendly. We were traveling with our handicapped daughter and her service dog, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Cozy and comfortable boutique style hotel. There is no restaurant on site but you can purchase a good variety of snacks, beer and wine there. You are walking distance to District 121 (?) and it has a big outdoor space and a good selection of restaurants.

Think more than 1 regular coffee Kcup for a room would be better- easily supplied when asked. The place is so new and nice- planters out front had dead trees in them- as a gardener it bothered me but it is just looks...
