The lady that worked the overnight shift was wonderful!

Our room hag little piss ants everywhere. The room had a funny smell to it also.

Great air conditioning, great location

Bathtub was absolutely filthy!! Commode did not flush. Discussed with staff- no effort to clean or fix commode

The bed was comfortable.

15 min. wait to check in. He did not inform me about WiFi service, breakfast hours and checkout time. Room dated, mildew order when we walked in. Hair was in the bathtub and on the floor. The tub was gross! The hotel needs renovation especially bathroom!!

It was in the town I needed to be in and they had availability

The couch in the room was very dirty. I also thought I ordered two queen size beds for full beds, but I got a king size with a pull out couch. There were three of us. But by the time I got there, it was too late to worry about it we were too tired.

Desk clerk very friendly. Room neat but not as clean as we have seen in the past. Think this may be due to staff being downsized. Furnishings beginning to show a little wear, altho bed still satisfactory, bedding was somewhat worn and torn in places.

Next door occupant kept me awake for several hours by loud snoring, walls apparently very thin and not insulated well. Very annoying. Never noticed this before and have stayed here numerous times. Will shop around for different accommodations next time.

After we checked in and went to our room, I immediately noticed hairs in the bathroom sink and toilet that were not ours. Made me wonder how clean rest of the room was. The bedding and towels were clean. The hvac smelled musty and needed to be clean.

Kids loved the outside pool and complementary breakfast

Room keys had to be changed twice, heavy smell of marijuana in hallway leading to the rooms.

Nothing, the room was full of cockroaches. The front desk lady was nice but the manager was too arrogant.

Not again to this hotel, unless I book it by mistake.

The front desk was the only good experience I had. She was helpful and quick.

Bed bugs!! I found bed bugs on both beds and the sheets and blood stains. Worst room ever!!! The front desk clerk provided an email to send management and I haven¿t received a response.

It was located well for my use & offered free breakfast which was adequate

A bit dated....dresser drawer kept sliding out on its own...had to stuff paper in the side to stop it. Reminded me of the older days before places upgraded.

Roach in the bathroom, clogged drains, and remote control for the TV would not work nor would the replacement control.

Close to family I was visiting.

Fridge defrost timer was loud and I had to pull out fridge to unplug it in order to get some sleep.

The ceiling was covered in mold. There were no lightbulbs in the lamps. There were no hooks in the bathroom. The breakfast did not offer any selection.

Staff was friendly. Room was a nice size.

There was mold in 3 different rooms. I went into a room, had mold. Was offered another, had mold¿3 times. All the while schlepping my suitcase and clothing bag. Staff member was kind and refunded my card. But said no cleaning staff was available to clean.

The location was convenient.

The hotel is very dated rooms are old & very musty they smell. Even the towels smelled. Stayed 4 days never had room service. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. And Choice Hotel should revoke the franchise. Definitely not up to their standards
