- Clean and Tiffanny was great
- The stafff...absolutely AMAZING! They were courteous, helpful, friendly, and they never made you feel like you were asking 'stupid questions'.
- Staff was very professional and understanding of guest needs. Hotel employee was extraordinary she went above and beyond to accommodate to my needs!! Thank you so much!
Cons -
- There was no hot water- tepid at best. We were told it was fixed so booked another night. However, Water was still cold even though we were told it was fixed. It was too late to change the hotel.
- lack of cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, there were DIRTY dishes in the dishwasher, and in the cabinet! Tissue?? on the floor upon arrival and after our room was 'cleaned', it had moved closer to the bed...floor was gritty, bed was sloppily made!
- It just was a great experience overall!!!
