The staff that showed up was amazing.
We liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. There were hand sanitizer stations by the elevators. This was great!
The staff was amazing especially Hotel employee. He was very helpful and informative. The hotel is close to any kind of store for shopping and lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Cons -

Was a little disappointed the only bartender and cook was sick; so the bar never opened. We had kids in the hotel for a gymnastics tournament and we did not feel comfortable leaving the premise.
There were no mirrors in the main part of the hotel room. The only mirrors it had were located in the restroom which made it difficult to get ready in the room if someone was using the restroom already.
They allow dogs and the couch in my room was covered in dog hairs. Thank goodness I had a lint brush.

Courteous and beautiful

The front desk manager was helpful and deliberate about being courteous and service-oriented. It was refreshing to be greeted and treated professionally and politely.

Minor issue: My room was on the 9th floor. In the heat of the summer, the AC could not keep up with the heat. It was not miserable, but the temp never got below 75 even though the AC never cycled off.

This hotel and another Marriott down the street have almost identical names (incÂ¿event centerÂ¿), which caused us to book wrong hotel. realizing the mistake on our end at check in we could not get a refund from this hotel. Staff said this occurs frequent

The location. I am an avid shopper and this location is near a lot of stores.

Only some of the staff were nice and the room could have been cleaned better. The rooms are outdated but they worked.

Hotel near outlet mall and multiple other shopping and restaurants .

Parking is a NIGHTMARE ! minimal parking at actual hotel , there is a parking garage across the street , but because of several events in the area there was not one open spot at 5 pm . Drove around an hour waiting for spot to open up !

Hotel was in a great location. Clean comfortable beds.

Our room #332 the A/C was so loud. It was very disruptive. Finally had to shut it off to be able to sleep.

Good location. It was quite. Normally lots to do close to the hotel.

There was white powder all over everything. I'm assuming it was cleaning solution, but it was on the bed, TV, fixtures. Also, it did not have a hot tub like advertised.
