Executive Inn & Suites Marshall, TX

Was told on checkin a $20 pet charge. Was charged $40 for 2 day stay. Called and was told there is a $30 pet charge for the entire stay. And then in the same breath, that the owner had changed the policy to $30 for the stay if you stay 7 days/ more.Beware

Everyday room service.

I never got new toiletries while I stayed there for 4 days. I used the same soap every day. I guess technically it's not an issue but most hotels replace the toiletries after room service,regardless.

The staff was excellent. They were polite, friendly, and professional. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and the accommodation were fine for what I needed.

Everything was great from check-in to check out the room was clean and had all the amenities and it was very quiet and I enjoyed stay very much I would definitely recommend and it is a 10 star plus

Great location. Close to interstate 20 & a good Italian restaurant & Waffle House.

Just the pool which was locked up when the storm ended and then didnt open back til 30 minutes before checkout but the desk clerk allowed me to use after checking out and that was ok.

A lot of black mold in the tub wall. Tile in disrepair. Toilet seat wrong size. No vent fan. Rusted clothes hanger. Rusted out coffee pot warmer. Entry fan didnt work properly. Questionable stains on sheets. Not much left at breakfast 30 min to end

Beds were very comfortable. Refrigerator,microwave very dirty on outside.Hairs were in sink.Tub Stopper laying in bathroom floor.Wall, baseboards,especially behind bathroom door very dirty. All hard surfaces in the room felt sticky.Too tired to leave.

I liked the location which was not too far from where I needed to be in Marshall. The convenience of having sores nearby also was a plus. Our room was very nice and housekeeping was on point all the time!The hotel staff in the office was very efficient.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay.

The outside is dated and worn. Needs cleaning. No breakfast as advertised

The front desk was wonderful! So polite and was very friendly.

I know my room faces where the cars are parked. It really sucked when everyone around us was being loud and obnoxious while they were leaving. We got in late and we¿re trying to get a good nights rest.

Proximity to restaurants, staff was super friendly and helpful. Had trouble with tv when we first arrived and they sent someone to us right then to take care of it. The room was spacious, water pressure is outstanding, clean, and surprisingly quiet

My husband would¿ve liked to have seen a bit more for breakfast

I liked the location. It was not too far from the place that I was visiting. The staff was very cordial.

What I didn¿t like was the room that I was given. There were a few issues with it that I didn¿t like. It had 2 very old looking chairs in the room; therefor we sat mostly on the bed. One chair was in front of a door that was once a connecting room.

Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked.

Room smelled bad; asked staff twice for help with tv, never came until we were in bed; bathtub/sink drained very slowly; room needed minor repairs.

They lied and told me they were not pet friendly and sent me an email at the same time saying I needed to provide another credit card as form of payment in order to cover up what they were doing.

They do not pay attention to detail. The room had dirt in several places. Was told there was no down stair rooms available, there was at least 3 rooms down stairs available. The sign says Hot Breakfast, but they do not have a hot breakfast.

Room dirty and in need of repair- gaps in room door, fridge vey loud, light switch shocked you and worked randomly. Construction on floor above us until 1:00 am. Breakfast was a joke with spoiled juice. Would never book this motel again.

Loved the price. We were happy with the room. It was a large room and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable The women who checked us in were friendly. Also right on the highway which was nice. Would stay here again if in the area.

we weren¿t sure about staying here when we saw the front of the building (restaurant) it didn¿t look very inviting. It was dark so maybe in the daylight it Looks better) but the hotel on the side was good.

The location was great the attendant was very delightful and gave us what we asked for ended up staying an extra night I¿d give this stay a 10+
