Clean bed and bathroom

Never stayed at this name chain and it did not indicate they did not have elevator being in a two story hotel and very difficult to get our luggagel up stairs

It was close to restaurants for food

Toilet and linen were not clean when we first arrived. There was no complimentary breakfast or hygiene products

The hotel was very clean and it¿s location was close to the location I was visiting

The front desk staff were a little rude. Also the first booking that I did was wrong and they refused to refund the amount or credit it toward the dates that I actually did stay. The AC in the rooms were turned off when we arrived.

Everyone was so helpful and the room was excellent yes I will be going back

I love everything about this hotel it is a must stay and it's also around everything you need plenty of restaurants Walmart you name it is there

We choose our Hotels because of available amenities. This Hotel has on their website Continental Breakfast and all they had was COFFEE!!!!! Very disappointed!!!! Won¿t be staying at another Red Roof Inn¿¿¿¿¿¿

The price was the only thing good this place had to offer.

This hotel did not have an elevator and I am disabled and could hardly navigate the steps. It is also extremely far from public transportation and you would need a car in order to travel. The photos provided on the website are false representation

That a joke?

no elevator. $150 deposit. if you are on the second floor, you have to cart your stuff up the stairs and several trips. My pillows had makeup on them from someone else sleeping and the hotel not cleaning. I have pictures. I¿ll post them to google maps.

It was 20 minutes away from our event

Staff walked into my room while I was slow and when asked to shut the door she contacted to speak in Spanish until I said no Spanish. This situation went on about 2 minutes. They online served coffee and questioned my request for a handicap room.

Room 213 needs a new mattress. Dips on both sides.

Cleanliness

There was no AC on in common areas (it was 100 outside) or rooms until you arrived, took forever to cool room down, they had a breakfast area but no one gave us any info on it, 2nd floor only reached by stairs pack light

No breakfast. Shampoo pouch instead of bottles.

Front desk manager was rude, unfriendly and not welcoming.

The rooms were clean and quiet. For the price we got a great place to stay!

Certain parts of the buliding seem to have not been refurbished yet. Hallway carpet especially needed some love.

It was nice stay. The staff were nice.I did not like the fact I was next to smokers room and I do not know smoke. The hallway outside the door always smell like someone had smoke there recently.

The GPS, Google Maps, Map Quest etc could not locate the hotel. I had called to get a specific location of where they were and the staff could not help. They don't know their own area. It was extremely frustrating and it over an hour to find the hotel.
