The breakfast was not good, but it was free. Coffee was good.

It is handy to the airport and they are friendly and helpful.

We had to.change rooms because in the 1st room the toilet had overflowed and dirty towels on the floor. The 2nd room had a dirty refrigerator with old food left inside

Was expecting everything to be BRAND new. It was new but I could see a few rushed jobs on the paint.

The breakfast as we had to keep waiting on food bc the lady didn't want to use all the food; no coffee was ready; ran out of food.

Front desk was nice; could have dressed more professional; nice and clean; rushed job as you could see that the paint job was a bit sloppy.

The lady at the breakfast area could be a bit friendly. "I told them that pancake machine didn't work and they haven't fixed it." I wouldn't say that! Not very helpful but I believe that with a few more videos on service and she will be great. Bad day.

Sometimes the internet goes out but there is lots of construction around at this time.

Front Desk Personnel are awesome! Especially, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and checkout Wednesday.

The service was garbage

It was very clean. Breakfast was good stuff were kind a lot of restaurants in shopping, around the area.

Walls are too thin. The person staying next to me had the music way too loud after 11 PM. Staff had to come and tell him to put the music off a couple of times and then he started making noise around 4 AM again had a horrible night I had to go to a wedding that day and due to the lack of sleep, didn’t have fun. Also, the television screen was broken when turned on there were multiple green lines across.

The breakfast was very good, however, availability time should be extended an additional hour to accommodate late sleepers.

1. Mattress on the sleeper/sofa was not comfortable. 2. Front desk staff did not maintain accurate record of the room number assigned to my name and credit card. When a relative arrived and asked for me (by name) in room #411- he was told I was NOT in that room. The next day when I checked-out, the receipt provided by the staff had incorrect name/credit card billing associated with room #411 (which my family stayed in). The Manager had to correct computer records and print a revised receipt with correct billing information.

Location was idea! The staff at check in and check out.

Room: The room looked and smelled freshly cleaned and was a nice size. The beds were so soft that we could not get comfortable. They put us in an adjoining room which might have been okay but, the adjoining door had about a one inch gap at the bottom which meant we could hear the TV, conversations and snoring. Breakfast: no fruit of any kind, the hot food was lukewarm at best, not much selection of cereal, yogurts or milk. They had a pancake machine which unimpressive. Staff: The young lady who greeted us and checked us in and the young lady who check us out were the stars of the property. They deserve 5 stars! Bottom line: It definitely was not worth the almost $200.00 nightly room cost.

Very clean, checking in and out was quick and easy, free breakfast was good.

It's always convenient

The towels look so dirty and this time my room was not as clean as I'd hope there was hair in the shower and crumbs in one of the beds but I am going to keep coming here everyone has room for improvement

Grateful for hot water but the water pressure was low.

Modern, clean and quiet. Conseur and staff were absolutely amazing and made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest
