The staff was exceptional. The property as well as our room was very clean.

Due to covid there was no coffee or contentintal breakfast, even so it would have been nice to have a small coffee pot rather than the iron and ironing board in room.

It was big and spacious and clean, and I liked the lady at the desk.

check in staff was dis-interested at best and was surly and rude we were 20 minutes early for 3 pm check in he called to back room for someone to see if maid was done and then continued to play on his phone, wifi was crap

This is a well-run establishment. The room was spotless, bed comfortable.

We would have appreciated a small coffeemaker in the room.

Large rooms, very quiet, good area, felt safe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was nice and clean. They also have coffee and bagels/cereal for breakfast.

Only reason I docked a point on cleanliness was because the was an empty wrapper in one of the trashcans from another quest.

This hotel is kept immaculately clean, the staff is very friendly and obliging, and the free shuttle to the Texas Renaissance Festival is a great plus. The rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators, and breakfast is included in the price.

King size bed was nice with 1 y/o but was missing pillows and we had to borrow from a friend in another room.

Their breakfast was cold cereal and milk, that's it. Coffee was out. No one in sight to help

It was economical so expected pretty basic, which is pretty much what we got.

The lock on our door didn't work so had to bar with chair. Went to see what they had for breakfast but pretty minimal so decided to go out for breakfast.

Convenience to where we needed to go while there. Otherwise, nothing.

Absolutely nothing. It was so dirty and sticky i felt gross touching anything. Felt gross sleeping and felt gross showering.

Bed was comfy and room was clean

Breakfast was very scarce.
