- Staff is extremely friendly, and the location is great. Southwest Lubbock is the newest and nicest part of town, and this hotel is far enough from traffic that you don't hear a lot of road noise, but you're still close to many restaurants and stores.
- The people working the front desk were friendly. I loved the pool and breakfast was great!
- Easy to find location and very clean.
Cons -
- This is my 4th time staying at this location, and there is always at least one empty bottle of the hand soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner that they put in the rooms. I always have to check them when I first get to the room and ask for more if it's out.
- The person running the desk in the evening was vulgar. There was nowhere to park, and when asked about the parking, I was told to park on the street I had to park at the hotel next door. The parking lot is not big enough for this hotel. I will NOT stay at
