We had reservations for two rooms broke down on the way. Been on the road for over 12 hours finally made it to the hotel to find that there?s nobody. All the doors were locked. We called numerous times. Nobody answered. 45 minutes later we finally left

the price for the area was the most reasonable.

There was coffee offered in the lobby but it wasn't open in the morning to access the coffee. Also the room as clean but the exterior of the building definitely needed some attention.

I didn’t like the $50 cash deposit that wasn’t returned.

Nothing. Was not able to stay because they required a $50 cash deposit and prepay online only, which was not noted on the Booking.com listing.

I was charged a $5 non-refundable service fee and an additional $45.96 while there was NO services rendered.

The person couldn't find my reservation @1st then he found it and said I book it with someone else n had to make payment there My booking was with booking.com with the option to pay @ the property He said no $ is taken @ the location. So I called booking.com to cancel thankfully nothing was charged

Not a thing! Stay away!

Property is in bad shape. There was no front office, no staff to be found,other than a housekeeper that was no help. She actually suggested canceling stay. People hanging out behind property. There is no way to contact the property. The number I tried went to New York. After going through propmts, the phone call ended. I tried several times.I was traveling with children and not staying in such a sketchy place. As it is not truly functioning, I am surprised booking.com even has them listed.

The room was just fine. No problems with it at all. Plenty of space, fridge, and microwave.

It is old and a bit run down, looks very plain on the outside. No pool there just like folks said. It is filled in with cement, not that I cared about that for one night.

Price and room was very clean and looked recently updated. We had a very comfortable night.

It was cheap.

When the battery to my room door died, took manager 30 minutes to fix so key card would work.

The room smelled fresh because they had just cleaned the carpets even though they were still damp upon arrival.

No Swimming Pool like shown on line. AC wasn't working till we pulled filters and cleaned then it was fine.

Staff was great, location was right off freeway.

Toilet wobbled, TV didn't work and the hot water never got hot.

The location is in the country but on the highway, south of Livingston.

The room smelled very bad.

Water was hot for the shower.
