Didn't like the way they checked me in. There was confusion. Didn't like the room or the railroad trains you hear at least twice a night. Didn't like the room. Very outdated and dirty.

It was a place to sleep and there didn¿t appear to be pests. That¿s it. Not another nice thing.

The room was dirty. Like dust you could leave finger prints in. Food or something on the blanket. The dresser was missing a drawer and 1 of 2 lights wouldn¿t come on. Also asked for nonsmoking as I¿m pregnant and it was definitely a smoking room.

Refrigerator didn't work when got there all king beds was gone they said gave us a room for -- in place of -- king, said it was a queen bed when it looked size of a full. We have queen at home well used to the size.It definitely a pretty old place n

Front staff rude, charged me twice and wasn't going to tell me. I looked at my bank statement online and Finally gave me my money back. My dad booked a room for me there and guy told him to give him $15 under the table or he would cancel his booking.

No closet hangers. No room maid service for 3 days. Charged an extra $20 for room.

looked like kitchenette, and bath had been recently redone. liked having a couch.

bed was hard, and only had 3 pillows, no cups, only 1 light so was dark

There was literally nothing good about this motel besides the fact that it was only 10 minutes away from the venue I was visiting.

The room smelled bad, the a/c did NOT work AT ALL and I couldn't get a refund so I stayed anyway, trying not to waste money. The tv didn't work, the shower obviously hadn't been cleaned in months,

Very rude staff. Would not clean my room. Stayed for five days . Cleaned once. Had to ask them to clean the rooms and for towels.

Proximity to destination

Terrible odor from cleaning products. Exterior sign was almost completely obliterated I drove past the motel, and had to turn around to find it.

The woman was very rude and she charged an extra 10 dollars cash for my fiance even though I booked the room for 2 adults. They price on booking.com was 63.25 but in the end it was 73. 25 because she over charged because of my fiance. I even showed her that I booked the room for 2 adults but she wouldn't listen. Very rude. Her husband was very nice and he was very helpful.

Location was great. Bathroom was clean. Bedding was clean.

For the price of room, we didn't expect too much. However, one of the rooms didn't have towels in the bath. The sofa with the cover over it was not good. I think the cleanness of the rooms left a lot to be expected. The outside of the hotel needed to be cleaned up.
