Best Western Green Oak Inn & Suites

There was a blood stain on the sheets on the bed. The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom sink did not drain. Two of us could not figure out how to use the coffee machine.

The breakfast was good.

The AC rattled all night long, there were only 2 bath towels in a room for four people,& the room was considerably smaller than my family member who stayed across the hall with a king sized bed - ours had two queen beds. Overpriced for the accommodations.

Room wasn't handicap accessible as advertised. Only bathroom was. Very narrow space made room difficult to maneuver my mobility scooter. Had to go back outside room to turn scooter around.

It was the only hotel in La Vernia. I am glad I will have to go to the town again.

The manager was a joke and overall just the worst customer service. Plus, we had an emergency after midnight and couldn't find anyone who would come to the desk or answer the phone.

we had a 5:20am ALARM that went off and there was chaos, because no one told us what was going on. It was a false alarm - after a guest went downstairs to ask the clerk. So, everyone found out by word of mouth. It could of been a loud speaker to let us

Nothing exceptional. It is the only hotel in La Vernia. There's no competition for this hotel.

I believe the carpets need to be replaced. They had a bad odor. As if the carpet had been saturated with water and then not dried completely. My remote to the TV didn't work. And the breakfast served was cold. I feel I wasted $--- dollars.

Just about everything. The location was great if you were doing something on the east side of San Antonio. There were no hotels in San Antonio and this was the closest available. It was a great choice.

The cleaning staff could do better. The WORST is all the lights in the room and throughout the hotel are the cold white LED bulbs. It’s like being in a hospital or office building. They should at least change the ones in the rooms to the warm/soft white

It’s close location to the home of my LaVernia family members.

The lack of regular coffee, not decaf, for the room. Only one the first day then none the next. The hotel coffee maker ran out of coffee—meaning it was slightly dark water—it took 30 minutes to correct. breakfast was now past tense.

The location was good probably because it was the only hotel in Lavernia, but it had a lot of things around the hotel that was convenient.

We didn’t like the gentleman that was at the desk when we checked in late Friday night. There was a mixup on our Booking.com and he was not very accommodating or professional on how we handled the situation. I will say that the manager was very helpful the next day solve the problem in less than five minutes and all was good.

Location. A very clean hotel and staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast area was nice, quiet and clean.
