Reasonable price.

Bath tub looked dingy. Don't know if it's discolored or actually dirty. Looked dirty.

WiFi didn’t work in my room @ all. In room hot tub was very difficult to get in/out of no grab rails handles etc. Also none of the pump buttons worked & hot water knob was very difficult to turn on/off.

Not very clean, smoke detector went off repeatedly while i was trying to sleep, smelled bad.

They need to get the elevator fixed and start breakfast earlier

No Ice AC leek on floor in room and breakfast room was mess

Mold on the shower ceiling, the room was dirty, the a/c was leaking water and had water stains in the ceiling.

The receptionist was great!

Per your mobile app, this hotel allowed pets and they didn¿t ! I¿m glad the receptionist was friendly and courteous and allowed me to still stayed! The door was hard to shut, looks like someone tried to enter at force.

The staff turn the air conditioning off in the rooms. It was hot all night because it was struggling to catch up. The security latch was broken in our room. It¿s 109 degrees in Texas. Turn the air on in the rooms you know you have guests coming to.

Way overpriced Toilet was broken leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Staff was told and could do nothing about it !!!

Shower curtain rods are improperly installed. Seems like an easy fix.

It was clean, and everything in the room functions more or less like it should for a decent rate

The food offering in the morning is pretty wretched. If it¿s not going to be better than that, they should probably just eliminate it

Me asignaron una habitaci¿n al llegar, no la hab¿an limpiado, me asignaron una segunda habitaci¿n, sin limpiar tambi¿n, la tercera que me dan con moho y olor a humedad. Mal hotel sucio.

Night clerk was very helpful. Bed was comfy and snuggly bedding. Free breakfast was ready by 6 a.m. and used fresh eggs and potatoes.

Location was convenient.

Floor was hard tile so much noise from up room above. Bath room was remodeled and was poorly done. Bath tube had much mold and paint was peeling. Toilet seat looked repainted and stained. Shower fixtures loose and very old. Wil not stay again.

Location, price, and hotel owner were great. Owner was super cheerful and hospitable!

There was a bug on our bed and saw roach in breakfast area. Breakfast was a disappointment- went in twice to get food and both times, eggs were gone and waffle dispenser would not work.

the bed was soft

They had no breakfast and all the coffee they had was deface. I would not recommend this hotel because of the lack of service in this department. Very Disappointed!!!!

The staff was awesome! They were very helpful and accommodating.

The only thing I can say negative was that the bed was extremely hard for me. I did not sleep at all one of the nights because my body ached. Although, the bed was new, I prefer a softer one.

Easy access to freeway and location within the city.

Only stayed one night so I was able to fully utilized the amenities. The heating / air conditioning unit off and on was somewhat disruptive due to the loudness.
