AC did not work well at all. We were both very uncomfortable the whole night and we are not really hard to please folks

Extremely over priced. Extremely. Terrible location. In order to go to a location across the freeway, I had to go three miles south, turn around and come back north. Idiotic location. Again, not at all worth the money, which is why I left early.

Close to Ft. Hood

Beds uncomfortable & wobbly/shaky. Headboards coated with grime & dust. Pool had very little lighting/lights not working at night.

Staff was great. Manager was a complete jerk n no compassion. Will never stay at another Hilton. My father died n I needed to leave early n would not authorize y’all for a refund.

Breakfast area was clean. Room was fairly clean.

There was a post it note stuck to my headboard that said "The sheets have been cleaned for your arrival". Well, I would hope so!! I expect the sheets to be clean in a room that I just checked in to and a sticky note on the headboard is a little tacky.

Initial smell upon entry to room was not a fresh smell....don't know how to describe.

The hotel seemed really run down for a Hampton Inn. The grounds looked terrible with tall grass and weeds!!

What I liked best were the people

Upon our arrival we saw not one, but two prostitutes. One was being escorted out by what we would assume is their “pimp” and she looked drugged up and very out of it. The same man then escorted another woman in. I’m not sure how that is ok and how the staff allowed it to occur. It did not leave a very warm and fuzzy feeling. Nor feel overly safe.

Central location to where we needed to be. Easy access from freeway. Set far enough back from fwy that road sound was minimal.

Outside needs sprucing up. Signs of wear that could be address w minimal paint or attention.

The breakfast is amazing as always!!! Clean always filled with fresh food truly yummy!

I know this sounds crazy but the trash cans you have for breakfast time are so tiny and in order to get trash in you have to fold your trash and sometimes you get sticky or messy from doing this.
