The location

The false advertisement about the continental breakfast I was told I came to late it was 8:30 am she stated breakfast was over at 8:00 am for all 4 days from 6 am to 9 am I checked and ko breakfast and the roaches coming out of the cracks of the wall

Advertised free breakfast door always locked.

The key would not work all the time. The front office lady would get mad when asked for help to open roon door

The price

Beds were uncomfortable, the walls were covered in filth. The place is so noisy it is hard to sleep.

The rate was extremely reasonable and check in was easy. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendlier than most I've dealt with in the past. Even his dog made me feel welcome. The room was very clean and efficiently served all my families needs.

The crickets!!! They are everywhere. Not the hotels fault but I hate bugs. They literally came out of everything I opened.

they denied my check in, becauze they said my service dog is not a service dog, and then charged my cc another 147.00.

Noise, broken things in room, plugs didn't work properly

The staff member was polite and courteous. The location of the hotel was convenient.

The Comforter had holes in it, The sheets had permanent spots on it. The door frames were filthy, The bathroom door was broke and would not shut and there was also small hole in wall in the bathroom. One out of the two hand towels had permanent stains .

The room was really clean and all the appliances worked.

The stuff at the window complained about how I left the room and it was stuff I have no control of. The only way to not upset the stuff is to not use the room at all.

They were available in an emergency and let us bring our dogs.

1) The listing said there would be a free breakfast each morning. The main office had a printed sign that said "closed for COVID restrictions". They did not wear masks inside or outside if the office. There are no restrictions.

Nothing. They had bugs everywhere in the room. The lobby was close due to covid whi h was two years ago. They lied about having breakfast saying there's construction and there wasnt

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and continental breakfast. The pool was closed and so was the office so no breakfast. My son was crushed and I was unhappy

Worse hotel I¿ve ever stayed at.

I had to switch rooms because I got bit by bed bugs and the room smelled horrible.

Dirty outside dirty floors and peoples boogers on the door and walls

Absolutely nothing.

Room was dirty, furniture was scratched up and old. Bathroom wall looked like poop had been wiped on it. Door hanger was broken in the bathroom. Showerhead was literally coming out of the wall. I was also charged for early check in.

Great place so stay,close to restaurants convenience stores like H-E-B & Walmart. Good price for the room and clean Easy n fast access to the highway.

The management need to fix the doors The door looks like it's open when it's actually closed. There is a very wide gap between the door and the frame. you also need an extra sheer curtain on the window

I like the cheap price but it¿s not worth it.

I had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms had wholes in the walls, curtains and bed comforter. I had to pay an additional 100 cash deposit for a non smoking room and it was nasty and dirty.

Very clean and everything worked the way it should on top the owners are good people.

Room smelled, the door handle was taped, the owner took a copy of my credit card "for his files" which is against the law..a minor law but still...I asked him about it and he got hostile... Pool was filled with green moldy water..I was too tired too fight

The staff was exceptionally rude and inconsiderate.

Definitely a 2 star hotel and older, but there was pride in ownership. Clean and friendly and exactly what we expected.
