My bed had bed bugs in it and I was bitten about 5 times.

Excelent check in & out. Easy access to shoppings, highways, restaurants.

Just the bathroom tub was slippery, but we reported it to management for a prompt attention to prevent an accident.

Found a dirty wash cloth in shower. At breakfast, several guests were eating and milk was emptied, no one to be found to refill container.

Some of the trim was peeling off in my room and part of the lock was missing but it was an absolute palace compared to others for the price

better than I expected for a budget hotel. Breakfast was good. room was clean. Internet worked good. TV had ggod selection and good picture quality.

Working nights and my expenses was delayed, long story short, I was allow to check in early to sleep. Staff is helpful, room was clean.

When hotel is a capacity, parking is tight.

It was very quiet and didn't smell like cigarettes or weed....which happens more than I expected.

Reported the toilet seat was completely broken off the toilet...they didn't offer to move me or fix it.

I didn't like the fact that I was put on the 3rd floor when there weren't that many guests at the hotel. Also that I was charged a deposit when I paid for the room before arriving.

Breakfast was ok

Staff was rude when asked for a copy of what I signed and a receipt. Room had cocaroches and smelled musty.

I visit Killeen about three times a year. I always stay at another hotel every time. This time the other hotel did not have any rooms for the dates I needed. So this is why I booked the Days Inn. I really enjoyed my stay. I'll be back!

Room was not the cleanest, showers were very outdated,the carpet had iron burns all over it.

Location and cleanliness

I had a bad scare on my first night which is not the hotel¿s fault in a way but they took care of it immediately.

1.I liked location of hotel. 2. The staff was friendly and responsive. 3. Hotel was relatively quiet. 4. Hotel offered free breakfast each morning.

1st room I was assigned had fire ants living in the AC unit. The front desk moved me to a 2nd room. No ants found there but desk lamp in that room not working due plug-in was ripped away. Hotel fixed lamp a couple days later.
