Excellent staff! Very spacious room Great location near really good restaurants

We only got room service after the second night of the stay as standard procedures. Probably due to low staffing. But the suite we had only had 2 small trash cans that filled quickly and weren’t empty until that second night. Needs more lighting in room.

Leaky Bathtub faucet. Advised staff but never came to repair

The staff were very friendly.

Beds were very uncomfortable, our microwave didn’t work and we told them several times and asked to have it replaced and they never did so to go buy food. Asked for extra pillows, which they never brought to us so we had to go back downstairs to get them

The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

I didn¿t like that the face clothes were stained and that the bed was rock hard.

The pool was closed due to maintenance. We got a voucher to go to the local public pool instead for one day.

Convenient access to Keller Town Center. Large room with refrigerator and microwave. Wireless internet was good.

Quality of the breakfast was much lower in April 2023 than in previous stays. Gone are the fresh apples and oatmeal that provided variety and healthfulness.

The location is good. The staff is friendly. The beds and pillows were awesome!

The room itself was clean however the bathroom was a little dirty. Around the toilet needed cleaning and the tub also needed a good cleaning, there was yucky stuff around the drain in the tub.

No water and when the water came back on had to fill toilet with water to flush

The location was perfect for us. The hotel was very quiet even though there were several large groups there at the same time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, the one day we ate there.

The staff was all super friendly and helpful. It's in a cool location, with lots of shopping within walking distance.

Super nice staff and it was great to have free breakfast. The main hotel areas looked clean and new. Also a good location and easy parking.

The room wasn't in good shape. Looked like there had been a ceiling leak in the bathroom that wasn't completely repaired and there was discoloration on the lower wall near the entrance to the room. Surprising given the rest of the property looks fine.

New, clean, friendly hotel at a reasonable price.

Only complaint was rooms are a little small and the rehydrated eggs and breakfast were not good.

Friendly staff, good rate per night and the complimentary breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

Everything was clean and nice

My family enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious.
